The W5 Claim center lets your adjusters work the claims, update the claims information, build documents, record notes and time, update reserves and upload pictures and estimates without having to leave the area.
The W5 Claim center features a two way data coordination and replication system that will automatically transmit all on site claim activity to your main branch and pick up any assignments, instuctions, updates, etc for distribution to the adjusters.
If the work site happens to be without communications then W5 will handle all of the claims activity and start up the data coordination whenever outside communications is restored.
The data coordination and replication system makes it possible for both sides (the work site and the main branch) to open new files and work claims at the same time in perfect harmony.
